'The game has been compared to Kirby Canvas Curse by the media as the players do not directly control Ivy, Ivy only moves in a linear direction and the player has to draw lines to guide Ivy away from danger and to the goal, all the while escaping obstacles and collecting power ups and the like.' - Wikipedia Basically you use the stylus to draw lines that act as ramps, etc.
To guide Ivy the 'Kiwi' (it actually is not much like a real kiwi lmao. Poor new zealanders.) to the end of each stage.
There are pitfalls, spikes and just plain holes, as well as stairs and things you have to get over. The lines you draw can be pulled on like elastic to give Ivy a boosted 'jump' in the opposite direction to which you pull it. Ivy is not directly controllable though; she just runs from the left side of the stage to the right.
Screenshots Your offering Well. I guess I could help with translation, but kinda busy with other projects already so yeah.
Other than that, eternal love and gratitude? =D I've unpacked the rom, and it seems to be pretty standard. The font only contains hiragana, katakana, english alphabet, roman numerals and standard other characters, so its quite small really.
Also means less work since there is english already there I guess. But I wont try and sound like I know what I'm doing with the hacking XD. Game 2 Game name Tales of the Tempest Release date October 26, 2006 (JP) Game info It's a Tales game, about 1/3 of all Tales games is released in the western world. Gameplay info: Tales of the Tempest utilizes the '3-on-3 Linear Motion Battle System' (3on3-LMBS). '3-on-3' refers to the fact that this is a 3D battle system based on Tales of Rebirth's '3 Line LMBS'.
[2] Like the '3 Line' system, 3on3-LMBS places combatants on a battlefield with 3 linear planes. Players can move between these three planes at will, and unlike in the '3 Line' system, they can attack enemies on other planes by adjusting their position. The game also features the 'beastman transformation' system, where Lycanth characters are able to morph into their beast form during battle, which increases their strength and attack power.[3] Like other Tales games, cooking is featured, as well as 'camp skits', which allows the player to learn more about the personalities of the characters. A multiplayer mode is present to take advantage of the DS's wireless capabilities. The mode is enabled by an item found in one of the dungeons of the game, 'Eleusis's Key'. Different players can journey through the same game world using their own characters, and combat can be initiated when they come into contact. While items and gald earned in the multiplayer mode can be carried over to the single-player mode, any experience gained will not.
Screenshots Your offering I really dont have anything to offer. (I dont know japanese) Note: Of these two games i would love to have Deltora Quest. Game name Poupeegirl DS Release date in 2008 Game info Hey guys, you probably all gonna laugh at me but I'd love to see this game translated!! Poupeegirl has quite a big following all over the world acutally. Their website is partly in english and there are lots of ppl from all over the world on it. It seems as if the game won't get released in the West, it's been almost 2 yrs and I havent heard anything of a DS english release. A group of devoted fans (yet without you guys awesome hacking skills) already translated quite a bit of the japanese text.so there probably is not too much left to ranslate.just to get into the game is the difficult thing that they can't do.
